Hotels, Restaurants and Bars
Recent projects have included new build hotels, serviced apartments, restaurants and music venues. We recently completed a four storey building comprising bar, restaurant and conference suites at 210 Bistro.
Retail
Annie Mo's is a favourite venue for furniture and gifts, having expanded from their initial roots, we prepared drawings for their new two storey store on Union Street, Aberdeen.
We are working with Kilo Coffee and having designed their first shop, we are now working on a second shop close to the local university. We are also currently undertaking feasibility 3D studies for the upgrading of the buildings within a retail park and potential expansion of the existing units.
Industrial
Recently completed projects include a £3 million food processing factory and a specialist telecommunications base for Schlumberg DMS. For expanding Foveran business, Wilkie Engineering, we are now detailing a fourth portal frame building to extend their existing engineering workshops.
Conservation/Listed Buildings
With over 30 years experience in working with traditional granite buildings, we often work on the renovation and restoration of traditional buildings. |
