Our clients Miller Cromdale are close to concluding a lease on their latest office development at Freedom House which is due to ready for occupation in July 2009.
Flatted Development on Mearns Street
Work is now underway on site with the flatted development on Mearns Street by Barratt East Scotland.
Work on New Hotel Development in Justice Mills Lane
Work has commenced with the new Hotel development for Ardmuir located in Justice Mills Lane in the centre of Aberdeen. On conclusion of the demolition works of an old furniture store the construction work will commence. A further hotel for Ardmuir in Inverness has been recommended for planning approval by Highland Council.
