A sister office development building circa £5.5m to the previously constructed Freedom House (also £5m) development by Miller Cromdale. We provided full Architectural Services on this project. Currently we are providing feasibility services to Miller Cromdale for the third building in the group, Liberty House which has a build cost of circa £4.0m.
