Horizon House, office development in Aberdeen circa £12.5m We were employed by Waterloo Quay Properties to provide full Architectural Services on this project. It is worth noting on this project that there is a large area of facade retention on this project and working alongside the very active dock area also provided challenges.
A sister office development building circa £5.5m to the previously constructed Freedom House (also £5m) development by Miller Cromdale. We provided full Architectural Services on this project. Currently we are providing feasibility services to Miller Cromdale for the third building in the group, Liberty House which has a build cost of circa £4.0m.
We provided full RIBA Architectural services on this 120 Bedroomed premier in on the banks of the river Ness on a very tight site. We worked closely with Premier Inn and provided the interior design and fit out services for their restaurant on this development.
We provided full RIBA Architectural services on this 100 Bedroomed Travelodge Hotel in the city centre. We also provided the interior design and fit out services for the complete hotel on this development.
A smaller scale bespoke office development for Cromdale Enterprises circa £3.0m. This 2-3 storey office development was am initial concept design to provide a city centre development with a country feel to it. We were employed as Architects to provide the full RIBA service.
We are currently working with K.I.C. Holdings to provide a new distillery & bottling plant at Aberargie, Perthshire which is on site with a cost of £2.2m. Although not involved in the original planning application, we have provided input into the re-design of the development to achieve an enhanced working layout & value engineering for the client. We were employed to undertake the re-development of a waste transfer station in Aberdeenshire for A&M Smith. Currently this project is on site having gone through the full planning process in terms of major development.
The former “Anchorage Bar” building in Market Street was partly demolished and renovated to provide a bar/restaurant and meeting area. The value of the works was circa £1.0m. We were involved in the full architectural and interior design for the works.
The development is a popular spot with businesses in the local area as well as hosting functions and events.
